ABOUT COMPANY

Kaiso Tengai specializes in production direction in the IT field centered on planning, design, and development.

After hearing this much, I think it is difficult for people outside of the IT and design industries to imagine what the company does.

When you think of design, many people may think of making something stylish by making use of their senses, but the essence of design is ``designing with a focus on people's pleasures and displeasures in order to improve the current situation.'' . Therefore, the important thing is to understand the essence of things and create a design that conveys that information and content correctly.

No matter how great a project is, if it is not properly understood by the members involved, it will not turn out well. Even if you create a great product or service, if you can't communicate it in a way that meets the needs of consumers, the value won't be noticed.

As our name suggests, we use planning and creativity as our weapons to move people's emotions and create value in things. We plan and design our products with the aim of incorporating entertainment elements so that users can enjoy using them for a long time.

Masanori Takeuchi

Born in Brussels, Belgium in 1981.

Spent his student days in Japan, France, and Germany.

Graduated from the Department of Design, Faculty of Art, Tokyo Polytechnic University.

Learned the basics of planning and design at an advertising design company, and gained nearly 10 years of experience in avatar service planning, production direction, product and organizational management at CyberAgent and Cocone.

The puzzle app ``Cat Nyaho'', which he served as a producer, was made into an anime and won the grand prize of ``Google Play Best of 2018'' in 2018, and the excellence award in 2 categories of ``App Ape Award 2018'' in 2019.

At NHN Play Art, he is in charge of planning "LINE Disney Tsum Tsum".

Masato Shimazaki

Born in Tottori Prefecture in 1983.

During his school days, he was a member of the track and field and rugby clubs.

He spent four years immersed in the world of French cuisine, mastering the culinary techniques that demand rigorous technique and creativity.

At DMM GAMES, he works hard to provide technical support, launch new development projects, and resolve technical issues.

As technical director at Square Enix, he contributed to the success of the project from a technical perspective, including plug-in development and engine expansion.

With a focus on technology and innovation, he has pursued a wide range of career paths, from game development programmer to PM and then to corporate planning.

Accounting Consultant

Takashi Kato

Born in 1981 in Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture.
Spent high school years in America.

Graduated from Chuo University, Department of Applied Chemistry.

After working at a semiconductor equipment manufacturing company, he moved to the accounting industry.
In the accounting industry, he has been in charge of clients ranging from sole proprietors to small and medium-sized enterprises for about 10 years, and has client experience of nearly 100 companies in total. He is good at organizing roadmaps in management, organizing cash matters, and deriving specific issues and areas for improvement from data and interviews.

Founded Kisoutenguys Inc. Our activities center on IT design consulting, which uses planning and design as our weapons to bring fluffy plans to life.

We also plan and develop original games.

Works at NHN PlayArt. While in charge of planning and operating ``Disney LINE Tsum Tsum,'' he also plans new games.

Produced Cocone's first puzzle game, ``Cat's Atelier''. As a creative director, he is involved in everything from game development to animation and merchandise. In 2018, it won the Grand Prize in the Google Play Best of 2018 category, and in 2019, it won the Excellence Award in two categories, the App Ape Award 2018.

Works at Cocone. As an art director, he is in charge of planning and operating the avatar app "Pokecolo" for women. I discovered the fun of creating value for users by devising event plans and sales measures that utilize a design perspective.

Works at CyberAgent. Responsible for the designer and art director of ``Ameba Pig'' and ``Pig Island.''

Works at an advertising/graphic design company, mainly involved in paper media design. Responsible for logos, business cards, flyers, company information, catalogs, etc.
